After seven long years, it was announced that in 2017, the much-loved console RTS; Halo Wars. Would be getting a sequel, much to the delight of fans. Finally, the cliff-hanger they’d been waiting years to find the answer to can be resolved. Halo Wars 2 was developed by Creative Assembly and 343 Industries, and published by Microsoft.

Fallout 4 is the latest entry in the post-apocalyptic franchise by Bethesda. Unlike previous titles, Fallout 4 is the first to have a voiced protagonist, but does this help or hinder the game? Were the compromises that had to be made worth it for whatever added immersion the players might have experienced as a result?

Forza Horizon 3 Review

Forza Horizon 3 is the latest title in the Horizon spin off games from the Forza series. Unlike previous entries, Horizon 3 takes the limits out of the occasion and allows you to free-roam across Australia. This new-found freedom really shines in Horizon 3, the different vehicle types are fun to drive across the varied landscape, be it buggies over sand, off-roaders over mud or sports cars over tarmac. It’s certainly a fun game, but does it live up to the various claims of it being the best racing game ever made?

WARNING: 50 SHADES OF GREY SPOILERS. IF YOU WANT TO WATCH THAT FILM DO NOT READ WHAT HAPPENS BELOW. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
(SCENE: We see Korra and Asami exiting out of a movie).
KORRA: Uh are you sure we didn't miss anything dear?
ASAMI: (Nods) Yeah movie said it was two hours and we sat there through the credits.
KORRA: But that... didn't have an ending. It just stopped. Aren't "movers" at least suppose to have some sort of announcer talking about what's going to happen next, not just stopping mid way through.
ASAMI: Pffft that'd be the least of this mover's problems. (Puts hands on her hips) What sort of dominant/submissive story was that? Dominants don't instantly quiver when spanking someone or make their sub sign a contract before doing anything.
KORRA: Well they did just know each other for a few weeks. (Smiles and grabs her hand) Maybe wait until you've known someone for years before you try playing those games.
ASAMI: Yeah but if you really do have that domineering personality you'd show it a lot more. (Gently rubs Korra's face) Though I do hope you remember that position dear when we go to my play room.
KORRA: You mean your bedroom?
ASAMI: I could make an entire room like that, and without wasting time flirting about it in a shop too.
KORRA: True. (Gently rubs her face as well) You'd also know how to actually articulate your feelings better without coming as just needy.
ASAMI: And you aren't some wimpering little namby bamby who doesn't come as desperatley ignornat.
KORRA: Well at least now in that field though (blushes) I also had my first time with such a forceful personality.
ASAMI: Yeah, one that was way better. (Rolls hands) And I only just researched those things like a day before it happened. So how do I look like more of a professional then this so called Billion Class business man?
KORRA: (Rolls eyes) Aren't you also a billion class business man?
ASAMI: (mocking voice) Don't you dare roll your eyes at me again unless you want to be put over my knee. (Korra smirks before rolling her eyes, as the CEO smiles back gently tapping her on the backside as they then kiss quickly before pulling back). Well now I'm just in the mood. Shall we Korri?
KORRA: (Nods) But of course Miss Grey-to.
ASAMI: Oh now you're really asking for it. (Grabs her by the arm and starts dragging her off).
Sorry I saw 50 shades of grey today and was inspired... mostly by how our story was far steamier then that movie... seriously.

Well I've only heard bad things about that movie so it isn't really much of a surprise.
To be fair it's not Twilight level bad (from what I've heard. The only Stephanine Meyer related book to movie I've seen is The Host and it's not as bad as that) but that doesn't mean it's good. And honestly I only really saw it as it's the first major block buster movie that was made based on erotic fanfiction. And as someone whose wrote for awhile I feel I owed it to myself to check out a theatrical version of that even if it is just mediocre at best.
